James Pittenger

James Pittenger is a 5th generation builder in  Monmouth and Northern Ocean County New Jersey. James graduated with honors from Drexel University, with a major in Construction Management.  While at Drexel University, he was a key contributor to the creation of the Construction Management Association of America – Drexel University Student Chapter.  Throughout his college career, James served as President, Vice President, and Senior Advisor.  True to his bloodlines, James is very much involved in his local professional industry.  He is currently the Director on both New Jersey Builders Association and Shore Builders Association boards.

 

Wesley Pittenger

Wesley Pittenger has been in the construction industry for 43 years, taking part in building several hundred new homes and renovations.  He has been involved with every aspect of house construction from beginning design stages to finalizing the work.  His knowledge extends to all facets of the residential and commercial building trade. This has allowed him to be very helpful in guiding customers through the building process to their satisfaction and bringing the construction schedule to a close on time, every time.  

 

Dwight Wesley Pittenger

Dwight Wesley Pittenger, Vice President, has been working for the company since 1979.  He uses his extensive knowledge in land use, finance, and business trends, to effectively manage our real estate development company in the face of ever-changing regulatory and market conditions.  Dwight received his M.B.A. and Law degrees from the University of Alabama in 1979.

We believe we have compiled one of the best core groups, within Pittenger Builders, along with our subcontractors. Their specialties include everything from framing, trim, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. At Pittenger Builders, we ensure that you’re getting the finest materials and brand names you have come to know and trust. Our subcontractors are all experts in their field and are a major factor in our success.  When our subcontractors are on the job, it’s like having additional managers in the field.  They care about the quality of the finished product as much as we do, that’s why we have maintained our relationships with them, in some cases for several decades.
